Dr. Emma J. Stodel has a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology and a post-doctoral fellowship in eLearning. She founded Learning 4 Excellence in 2006 to provide professional, personalized learning experiences designed to achieve success in all facets of life. She is an award-winning consultant specializing in the instructional design of online medical education and has been working with stakeholders in the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Ottawa since 2007. She has been supporting the Department of Anesthesiology since 2014 in the design and implementation of teaching and assessment approaches for their competency-based medical education resident training program.
